User setup

This guide is for admin users who want to add or edit users.
Role type required: Practice Admin, Own AFSL Admin or Licensee Admin
ℹ️ Invite Team Members to create a login
Select settings from the left hand menu and select Team. Use the +Add team member button to add a new user. Enter in their email, select a role type and apply the relevant licenses. The user will receive an email with instructions to setup their login. If the user does not receive the email please contact our support team for further assistance.

Below are the licenses that can be toggled on/off against each user. Note each license may incur an additional charge.
*Requires users to complete the ProductRex setup in order to ustilse.
ℹ️ Editing users and licenses
Select settings from the left hand menu and select Team. Click edit against the user and ensure you hit save to retain any changes.
