Enhancements
Strategy Builder
- You can now delete an Insurance Policy within the Adjust Personal Insurance strategy.
- The Pay Off Debt Sooner feature now includes an implementation date, allowing you to schedule a lump sum repayment in the future.
- A new “Doesn’t Repeat” option is available within Adjustments, enabling users to enter once-off adjustments easily.
- Licensee default text is now available for Alternatives within Generate Document. If your Licensee has text they wish to provide, please send it to support@opexconsulting.com.au with the subject line iff: Default Text for Alternatives
- The proportion of drawdown in Retirement for Clients and Partners will now be calculated using the clients’ proportion of Retirement Savings. For example, if a Client has $800,000 in an ABP and a Partner has $200,000, the client will draw down 80% of the funds required to meet spending in Retirement.
- Within the Sell an Asset strategy, you now have the ability to sell a percentage of an Asset, making it easier to provide future recommendations to sell portions of Financial Assets.
- The Strategy Builder comparison page has been updated to show only the Non-Monetary Goal Name.
- Debt Repayments have been unbundled from 'Expenses' and a new row has been added to the Cashflow Summary table.
Adviser Portal
- We have updated the columns of the Client View page to provide you with more meaningful data, including Adviser Name, Client Category, Date Created, etc.
- A new Integrations tab has been added to the Practice Settings section to clearly delineate settings for integration partners, such as Xeppo and Formstack (documents).
Fixes
Strategy Builder
- The option to recommend an Absolute Increase or an Absolute Decrease within Strategies has been removed. A fixed option is available within these strategies, which has the same impact as Absolute.
- The Increase/Decrease ABP payments feature was sending the incorrect balance to the Bank Balance when using ‘Fixed’ recommendations.
Fact Find
- Joint Assets are now proportioned 50-50 to Client and Partner within the Needs Analysis.
Client Journey
- A character limit on the Client Journey username was preventing users from logging in if their email address exceeded the limit.
Adviser Portal
- Emailing from the Client List screen was intermittently experiencing an error.
Integrations
- Xeppo Import: If the Date of Birth was blank within Xeppo, entire sections within iff would show blank, and the user would be unable to interact.
