Version 3.0.7

Release Date 08.04.25

Enhancements

👨‍👩‍👧Current Position

  • Users now have the ability to Edit a current fact find without creating a new Fact Find version. Additionally, you can now manage Fact Find versions via the ellipsis and update the name or delete any Fact Find version. (REF#IFF-1368).

💡Note; our best practice approach would be to edit the Fact Find details and provide your scenario with a relevant name once you've completed your Strategy Builder i.e. "Statement of Advice - April 2025". This will be utilised for our Strategy Review module coming soon so it is recommended to allocate an appropriate name to your advice scenario.

    1. Edit the current Fact Find by using the edit button shown below
    2. If the Fact Find is locked, users will see the Fact Find Details option via the ellipsis (3 dots) which allows users to rename or delete any Fact Find version.

📈Advice

  • A Deterministic setting has been released which can be toggled on each scenario within strategy builder settings (see screenshot below). By default, all iff scenarios will display the median simulation from a stochastic model. Enabling the Deterministic setting will remove the volatility associated with a stochastic model and apply the rate of returns specified within settings > portfolios > expected returns each month throughout the projection period. This provides users with greater control and predictability in scenarios requiring fixed outcomes in view modelling charts/tables as well as your advice documents (REF#IFF-501).

🔧Admin

  • For practices importing data from Xeppo, please take note of the updates below (REF# IFF-1089)
    - The "Import from Xeppo" button has changed to "Import from CRM"
    - "Phone number” is no longer a mandatory field when importing.
    - If the client has no email in Xeppo, then a fictious email address will be created in the format of “client_<clientid>@iffadvice.com.au”. This can be updated by the user if necessary.

  • When inviting new users to iff via settings > team, admin users will be able to activate the relevant licenses for that user e.g. iff Modeller, Omnium, ProductRex (REF#IFF-1477).

Fixes

  • Contact details added to the practice setup page previously created a new user, this has now been updated so there is no relationship between the contact details added and team members (REF# IFF-192).

  • The default impact scores for the Asset Allocation strategy will now only include the following assets: Superannuation, Other Investments & Investment Bonds (REF# IFF-713).
  • Contributions to assets now shows as outflows in the cashflow table, transactions will appear as capital investments (REF#IFF-830).

  • The following updates have been made to the Rollover / Consolidate your Super strategy (REF#IFF-1379)
    - When a user selects ‘Add Account’, the status of the newly created account will default to ‘New’
