What?

The adjust personal insurance stratagey combines 16 individual insurance strategies in to one bespoke strategy. The strategy will allow users to amend, cancel, replace or add new insurance policies.

Why?

The problem we set out to solve was two-fold:

1. Reduce the number of insurance related strategies to improve the user experience but also the end client experience
2. Reduce the amount of red text and repetition throughout the advice documents

We have achieved this by:

• Reducing the number of personal insurance strategies from 16 to 1. 
• Including all insurance adjustments within the one strategy, allows us to ensure that strategy text isn’t repeated for each cover. No more description of stepped premiums 3 times in your output!
