This guide is relevant to all users new to iff who want to understand the support options available.


💡Opex Support Portal

All communication with the Opex support team is managed via the Opex Support Portal. We use this portal to track and manage iff queries raised by users. Queries can be raised by any of the 3 methods outlined below. 

All iff users can choose to create a login to the Opex Support Portal to keep track of updates and the status of each query, we recommended setting up a login as this gives you greater visibility over your queries. To create a login for the support portal simply raise a query via option 1 or 2 and request a 'login for the support portal'. For existing users, you can login to the support portal by selecting the following link, selecting sign in and entering in your credentials. If you have forgotten your credentials select 'forgot password' on the sign in page.

❗All users will receive email updates for any query that is raised even if a login to the support portal is not created.

Below are the 3 options available for users to raise queries relating to iff.


1️⃣Use the life ring 

To quickly raise a question or problem with our support team you can select the ? icon within iff and select contact support

Please ensure you describe your question or problem in as much detail as possible. Attaching a screenshot or video can help our team better understand your query. Select send feedback to lodge the query and our helpdesk team will respond to you via the Opex Support Portal. Users will receive updates via email or you can login to the support portal to view updates.


2️⃣ Email support

iff users can email support@opexconsulting.com.au 

Our helpdesk team will respond to these queries via the opex support portal and users will receive updates via email or you can login to the support portal to view updates.


3️⃣Lodge a query via the portal

Existing users can login into the opex support portal and select submit a request. Users can track and manage updates and the status of each request via View my requests in addition to receiving updates via email.
