Enhancements

Practice Admins and Own AFSL admins can now update the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary colours of their iff practice theme. This will allow users to have full control over the colours of their charts throughout iff and any modelling charts in your generated outputs. To do this, any admin user can navigate to Settings > Theme and select your preferred colours (REF# IFF-1570).

Improvements to the Estate Planning section within the Fact Find have been made so that users can add/remove Date of Will or Date of Last Revision without issue. Previously if a date was selected this date could not be removed, only updated to another date. The Beneficiaries are no longer mandatory to complete and will only display a red warning if the user has entered a beneficiary but the total does not add up to 100%. Previously the user was required to add a beneficiary if a response was provided to When did xxxx prepare their current Will? (REF# IFF-1563).

Recommended strategies that have been updated by users will now appear with a green border to indicate that the strategy has been completed (i.e. the recommendations have been input and the strategy text has been updated). In addition, users now have the ability to easily update strategy text on a completed strategy. A new icon 📃 will appear on completed strategies (see screenshot below) that can be selected to update strategy text without having to navigate through the other strategy menus (REF# IFF-755).

Bug fixes relating to the Xeppo import function, specifically relating to expenses that were deleted from Xeppo yet imported into iff (REF# IFF-948) and duplicate pension incomes (REF# IFF-1299).
We now import all assets from Xeppo, previously a mapping process needed to occur if a specific asset sub type from Xeppo did not import into iff (i.e. Assets listed under Platforms in Xeppo needed to be mapped to an appropriate asset type in iff before it would import correctly). This has been resolved so that any unrecognised assets from Xeppo now import under the Other Investments section of the iff Fact Find. Important to note, users will need to review each imported asset to ensure it is categorised correctly prior to utilising the advice module (REF# IFF-1564).
A fix has been released to the Concessional Contribution Strategy where certain users would be unable to edit the strategy as the window shrinks. This has been resolved to ensure users do not experience this going forward (REF# IFF-1588).
Updates to the Client Journey have been made so that all data appears on screen irrespective of screen resolution. Previously if a user zoomed in, certain data fields would disappear off screen (REF# IFF-1615).
